It was gonna be May 3rd, 2020. Then it was gonna be October 25th, 2020. Then we downsized 10/25 to a 9 person wedding in an Airbnb, with plans to Zoom with you all. Then Kaleb got COVID. Thankfully he’s all healed up now, but we didn’t feel ok planning while he was still sick. We couldn’t guarantee the safety of our friends, photographer, hair stylist, etc. It was a tough call, but we decided to cancel all together. Since then, new city safety regulations have made our party illegal, so probably for the best. Apologies for the delay on relaying this news. Frankly, it was a bummer and we didn’t want to do it. But we’re ok! And we’re married! We got hitched at the box office of the home of the Anaheim Ducks on July 31st. Official in the eyes of California and Blue Cross Blue Shield. It was 100 degrees and wonderful. And Kermie wore a tux. We can hear you screaming at your screen, “what about the dress??” Great question, thank you for yelling it. When the world reopens, we’re heading to Europe for a good ol’ fashioned honeymoon. And we’re bringing our fabulous wedding outfits. Yes, your beautiful faces have been replaced by the Eiffel Tower. Not the original plan, but hey, we're making it work. So thanks for coming on this wedding planning roller coaster with us! We wish it could have ended with us all together in LA.
