We met at a time when we weren't looking for each other. Sharelle went to Brandon's frat bother's apartment to pick up her friend, Jessica, for a CIAA party. As Jess was introducing Sharelle to the rest of the crew there, Brandon was one of them and literally not paying her any attention. Jess and Sharelle went to the party but had to come back because.....well that's not important :) Anyways, when the girls got back to the apartment, Brandon and the guys were still there. Sharelle and the guys started a pretty in-depth conversation - for about two hours. While the conversation was going, Brandon wasn't saying too much which was intriguing to her. If you didn't know, Sharelle describes herself as "simply extra," so someone that does too much like her....not interested. Time moved on and it was time for the boys to leave so Sharelle went home. The next day, Jess called and apologized for having to leave the party. Of course, it wasn't a big deal so Sharelle decided to catch her friend up on everything she missed and told her she thought one of the guys was cute but she couldn't remember his name....all she remembered was glasses and a really nice watch :) Jessica said "oh you're talking about B-Mac." "That's the one," Sharelle said. A few hours later, Brandon called and they stayed on the phone for hours. Two weeks later, they went on their first date to Red Lobster and to see the 85 South Podcast - who roasted them. Three months later, Brandon asked Sharelle to be his girl. Six years later, here we are - as "Babe and Tooks" and looking forward to facing the world together as husband and wife. While they both have tackled many adversities over the years, the one thing is clear....they are meant to be and wouldn't want to face the world with anyone else :)
