What time will the shuttle leave the hotels?

Answer

Two shuttle services will be available from the Hyatt hotel: one departing at 4:30 PM that will stop at both the Hyatt and Courtyard hotels, and a second shuttle leaving at 4:45 PM that will go directly from the Hyatt without stopping at the Courtyard.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE TO THE CEREMONY?

Answer

Because the ceremony begins promptly at 5:30 p.m., we request that all guests arrive at the venue by 5:15 p.m. to ensure you are able to comfortably arrive on time.

Where will the ceremony and reception be held?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will all be held at the Bourne Mansion, located at 500 Montauk Highway, Gate #2, Oakdale, NY 11769. Ceremony will be outside, weather permitting!

Are children welcome?

While we love your little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults!

How do I book my room?

Answer

We have a reserved wedding block at the Hyatt Regency Long Island and the Courtyard by Marriott Long Island Islip/Courthouse Complex. You can book through the Hotel section on this website or by calling the hotels directly to request a room in the Minichino/McGuckin block. Please book your room by September 12th for Hyatt and September 29th for Marriott in order to be included in the room block.

Can I bring a guest or date?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited on the invitation!

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a shuttle service for guests who book within our room block. The shuttle will leave at a pre-determined time. Unfortunately, if you miss the shuttle, you will be responsible for your own transport.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is valet parking! We recommend carpooling to prevent overcrowding.

Is there a dress code?
