Question

What is the easiest way to get to and from the wedding venue?

Answer

We will be providing a shuttle to and from the wedding for those of you who will be staying at the Springhill Suites in Westfield. The wedding venue also has plenty of parking for those of you who wish to drive. We encourage using a ride share app to ensure that everyone is able to have the best time possible and gets home safely.

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Dress code for the wedding is formal/cocktail. Please keep in mind that if weather cooperates, we do plan to have our ceremony outside. So plan accordingly to have jackets / shawls for the ceremony portion of the evening should it be a bit chilly.

Are plus ones and children allowed?

Answer

Upon RSVP'ing through the RSVP tab on our wedding website, all invited members of your party will be listed. Although we do love children, we politely request no children outside of immediate family attend the ceremony and reception.

Is there a host hotel?

Answer

Yes! Head on over to our accommodations tab on our wedding website. The Springhill Suites Indianapolis Westfield will be the official wedding hotel. Please note there is no room block, but either use a Marriott Bonvoy account to receive a discount. If you do not have an account feel free to use Corp/Promo code: A0306. We have also listed some other great options within a short distance to the wedding venue as well.

How should I RSVP and when should I RSVP by?

Answer

All RSVPs can be done through the RSVP tab on our wedding website. Simply type in your first and last name and all invited members in your wedding party will pop up. Please check the box next to each individual member if attending. All RSVPs should be submitted by September 2nd, 2025.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Should weather cooperate, we plan to have our wedding ceremony outdoors. Please plan accordingly with jackets and sweaters. The reception will be held inside at the same venue.
