It all began in Lubbock, Texas, where fate (and a mutual best friend) brought us together. Ryan came to visit his high school friend Kyla-Marie, who also happens to be Carlie’s best friend and now maid of honor. Sparks flew instantly (at least for Ryan), and he wasted no time sending Carlie a friend request on Snapchat. The only problem? She didn’t see it… for months. Eventually, she accepted, and from that moment on, their friendship blossomed quickly. It wasn’t long before it became clear to everyone around them: they belonged together! After a year and a half of dating filled with laughter, love, and lots of date nights, Ryan was accepted into a Physician Assistant program in Mississippi. Without hesitation, Carlie packed up and moved with him to the Jackson area. Two weeks later, they were starting a new adventure together, and not long after that (two years to be exact), Ryan came to his senses and asked the love of his life to marry him. She said “Yes!” through happy tears and all. Ryan and I are beyond excited to celebrate this next chapter with all of you!
