What are the venue and hotel locations?

Answer

Our venue is Cold Saturday Farm, located at 3251 Gamber Rd, Finksburg, MD 21048. Our hotel block is at the Hilton Garden Inn Owings Mills, located at 4770 Owings Mills Blvd, Owings Mills, MD 21117. The venue is about a 15 minute drive from the hotel!

What is the attire?

Answer

Please follow semi-formal attire! Dresses and sets are fine for the girls, and guys, a button up and slacks are great, jacket and tie optional.

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes! There is ample parking at our venue. There will be a clear indication of the parking lot when you pull in.

What time is the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will start at 4:30 PM. Arrive with time to park, find a seat, and say hi to a few people. You guys know what to do!

What is the shuttle schedule?

Answer

We will have a bus taking you to and from the hotel to venue for those staying in our hotel block. Bus to Venue: 3:45 PM Buses From Venue to Hotel: 9:15 PM, 10:30 PM (music ordinance at 10, must be out of venue by 11).

Can I leave my car overnight?

Answer

Yes! You can leave your cars overnight at the venue if needed. Please pick up your cars by 11:00 AM the next morning.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! We'll be having a variety of apps, a taco bar with vegetarian and gluten-free options, and desserts with dairy-free options. Just let us know if you have additional dietary restrictions.
