When should I book accommodations?

Answer

As it turns out, this weekend coincides with Seaside Park's Sound on Sound Music Festival which draws in a big crowd every year. So... the sooner you secure your room, the better.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the venue?

Answer

There will be transportation from the hotels to the venue. Buses will leave from The Courtyard by Marriot Shelton & The Hilton Garden at 4pm on the dot! Transportation will also be provided back to both hotels at the end of the night!

Can I drive to the reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot at Black Rock Yacht Club, but there will also be buses provided that will leave from the hotels.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
