This is a ceremony rehearsal for the bridal party ONLY. In lieu of a rehearsal dinner, we will be going to Charcoal Pit for some fries and milkshakes after, as the last time for bride and groom to see each other before the altar! Please be aware this will be a self-paid meal if you wish to join us. Don't worry, the next night is totally on us! ;)
8:00 am - 2:45 pm
The bridal party will report at 8am to the appropriate suite to get ready for the day. Groomsmen will report to the first floor Governor's Room at 11am. Bridesmaids will report to the 2nd floor Bridal Suite. Light snacks/refreshments will be provided in both rooms to enjoy while we get ready!
2:45 pm - 9:45 pm
Black-Tie Optional
Please arrive early/on-time. We will be starting the ceremony promptly at 3 o'clock. Take note of the dress code. Attire for men should include either a tuxedo (optional but not required) or a formal dark suit, white shirt and tie. For women, a long evening gown. For obvious reasons, please do not wear white or cream/off-white (unless you want red wine "accidentally" spilled on you!) We encourage you to bring a change of shoes/flats to make dancing more comfortable! We kindly remind guests that this is an adult-only event besides the children in the wedding party, so please enjoy a parents'-night-out on us! Our grand send-off will be between 930-945pm
3:00 pm - 3:30 pm
Black-Tie Optional
Please arrive between 230-245, as we will be starting at 3 o'clock sharp. This will be an unplugged ceremony, so please silence or turn off your devices at the door. Additionally, we have a wonderful photography/videography team covering our special day and do not want phones in their shots, so please keep phones/devices away for the ceremony. Don't worry, our officiant will be reminding you of this too! We will have a short and sweet ceremony, lasting no longer than a half-hour.
3:30 pm - 4:30 pm
Black-Tie Optional
After the ceremony, guests will be ushered to the fully-enclosed terrace for the cocktail hour with a view of the golf course and patio. There will be an open bar with hors d'oeuvres and a fun photo-op area, as well as the guest book. Please take note of where you'll be seated once the glass doors open up for the reception.
4:30 pm - 9:30 pm
Black-Tie Optional
Once the terrace doors open, guests will make their way to their seats before the bridal party makes their entrance. You will enjoy your seated dinner during the toasts and special dances. We can't take it with us, so come hungry! There will continue to be an open bar for the entire reception. The hors d'oeuvres table will be switched to coffee and desserts during this time. Wedding cake will be available to take to-go if you are too busy dancing the night away for a dessert break. It makes for a great next-day hangover snack, if that's your style!
9:30 pm - 9:45 pm
At the conclusion of the reception, guests will line the main hall to the exit for a send-off of the bride and groom. Guests will then exit to their vehicles or ride-share to their hotel. Please celebrate responsibly!
