Andrea and Hunter first met in 2019 at ConnectWise, working in different departments—Andrea in events and Hunter in sales. Their interactions were brief but always warm. Hunter would offer Andrea kind compliments, which she appreciated, but never thought much of. It was just the friendly office atmosphere, and Hunter was the type of person who was effortlessly kind. As time passed, both moved on to new ventures, and with remote work becoming the norm, their paths diverged. But in late 2021, something brought them back together. Andrea had recently picked up pickleball and reached out to Hunter, knowing he was an avid tennis player, to see if he played any other sports. To her surprise (and eventual dismay), Hunter was passionate about almost every sport, and soon they were meeting up regularly to play. Their connection deepened, and it became clear that what had started as a friendly reunion had the potential for something more. Their first date was a simple yet unforgettable evening in Hyde Park, strolling through the Christmas lights, laughing and sharing stories. It felt effortless. Exactly two years later, Hunter proposed to Andrea in St. Augustine, surrounded by those same Christmas lights, marking the beginning of a new chapter in their love story. Now, as they look forward to celebrating their wedding with their closest friends and family in March, they can’t help but feel incredibly grateful for how their paths crossed—twice—proving that sometimes, love shows up when you least expect it, in the most unexpected of ways.
