Whats the RSVP date?

Kindly RSVP through the RSVP tab by March 16, 2026. We would greatly appreciate your response at your earliest convenience.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly request elevated cocktail attire for the celebration. Please note that some areas of the venue include gravel paths and grassy lawns, so you may want to rethink stilettos in favor of more comfortable footwear. Women: A cocktail dress or dressy jumpsuit in any length. Bright spring colors and florals are encouraged. Men: Slacks with a button-down or collared shirt; a blazer or sport coat is optional.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Harborside Hotel to Middleton Place - shuttle departure @ 1:00pm Middleton Place to Harborside Hotel- shuttle departure @ 4:00pm The shuttles will be first come first serve, there are 65 seats. Please arrive at the pickup location at least 10 minutes before departure to ensure an on-time departure. If you are unable to make the shuttle prepare to order an uber or other transportation to the ceremony at Middleton Place.

Do you have a room block?

Answer

Yes! Please book ASAP—rooms are filling quickly! Most of our block is at Harborside Hotel, but if you prefer The Beach Club, call or text Sara at 716-225-1797 to arrange a room. Both hotels require a 2-night minimum stay (5/17–5/19). Planning to stay longer? Extended stays must be booked via phone. Book early and ask about a possible discount! Early requests have a better chance, as both hotels usually sell out in May. Are we hosting an official event on Saturday, May 16?

Answer

We won’t be hosting an official event but for anyone who’s in town, we’ll be choosing a local restaurant or bar to meet up at in the evening. We’ll decide on a spot closer to the date and post the details on the website.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we adore your little ones, we’ve made the difficult decision to keep our celebration adults only due to our very limited guest count.

Can I bring a date?

We can’t wait to celebrate with you! Due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate the guests specifically named on the invitation and RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
