Yes! The private ceremony will begin at 3:15PM, cocktail hour and reception to follow starting at 4:00PM.

We made the decision to have a small, private ceremony with only immediate family and aunts/uncles. We are so excited to join you at the reception afterwards!

Answer

Dinner at the reception will be served family style. The menu includes Caesar salad, lemon pepper chicken, pork tenderloin, roasted seasonal veggies and mashed potatoes.

The bridesmaids/bridesman will be wearing shades of green while the groomsmen will be dressed in tan.

Cocktail attire! Please account for potentially colder temperatures as the sun goes down as the reception will take place under a tent and outdoors.

While the ceremony and cocktail hour will be taking place outdoors, the reception will be held under a tent. The tent has a floor under it but when choosing your shoes- please consider that walking on grass will be necessary to reach the tent.

Absolutely!

Is there a shuttle to take guests between the hotels and the venue?Is there a shuttle to take guests between the hotels and the venue?

Answer

There is no shuttle service being provided however, if guests feel they aren't able to drive back to their hotel after the reception, cars can be left on the property overnight. Our biggest priority is making sure everyone has a fun and SAFE time so please consider carpooling or calling an Uber at the end of the night. Cars left overnight should be picked up Sunday morning.
