We kindly ask that all RSVPs be submitted by September 30, 2025, so we can finalize our guest count and details. Invitations will be mailed out at the end of July 2025. Guests will be asked to RSVP through our wedding website.
We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be on the invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP.
To ensure an elegant and enjoyable celebration for all, we have decided to make our wedding an adults-only event. This pertains to children of all ages including infants, toddlers, kids, and teens. If you plan to travel with your children, we kindly ask that you make prior arrangements for childcare so that you can fully enjoy the day with us. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating together!
We encourage our guests to "dress to impress" in the style of their choosing. This event will be indoors.
For our wedding, the dress code is Black Tie Preferred, which means we'd love for you to dress as formally as you'd like. Men can choose between a tuxedo or a dark suit with a formal shirt and tie, while women can opt for a floor length or mid-length evening gown. For those not opting for black tie attire, we kindly encourage guests to wear dark, formal colors to maintain the elegant atmosphere of the event. Just please avoid wearing white or ivory, so the bride stands out! Ultimately, we want everyone to feel stylish and confident, whether you go all-out formal or keep it a little more relaxed. All events on the Wedding Day will be indoors.
We recommend flying into Miami International Airport (MIA) as it's only 5 miles away from Hotel Colonnade. Hotel Colonnade offers overnight guests valet parking at a nightly rate. We recommend taking an Uber/Lyft/taxi from the airport to the hotel instead of renting a car (UberX rates are around $20 and UberXL rates are around $30 from the airport to the hotel). Hotel Colonnade is located on Miracle Mile in Coral Gables walking distance from many shops, restaurants, and sites. Other Miami sites like Brickell City Centre and Miami Beach are only a short car ride away.
Yes! The hotel offers valet parking for $18. Please note that this is the only parking option available directly at the hotel. However, there are several public parking lots and garages nearby if you prefer to self-park.
The Coral Gables Trolley, a complimentary service provided by the City of Coral Gables, runs Monday through Saturday from 6:30AM to 10PM.
