Where is the ceremony & reception located

Answer

The wedding ceremony will take place in the back yard behind the mansion by the Grand Gazebo - following that you will be escorted via golf cart to the Barn for the reception!

Can I go inside the mansion ?

Answer

No, only wedding party who have purchased a room inside are allowed to enter the mansion . All other remaining guest are to use the outside restrooms located behind the outdoor bar need be ! There will also be an open in-ground pool that will not be in use so please keep all eyes on littles during the ceremony !

What does the bar look like?

Answer

Our bar will start out as an open bar serving signature cocktails /drinks but once tapped out will turn into a cash bar only !

Is smoking allowed ?

Answer

Smoking is allowed only is designated areas . No illegal substances will be tolerated on or during this event

Where should I park when I arrive ?

Answer

Parking will be best if you do so infront of the lodge , that will be the second ( large grey ) building . You will be escorted from your car via golf cart to the ceremony . If you would like to move your car parking will also be an available infront of the reception barn .

Will I be let in the ceremony if I arrive late ?

Answer

No , you will be held at the door or parking lot until ceremony is finished ! We don’t want to interrupt the couples moment . We will let you rejoin once cocktail hour has started !

Can I enter the lodge ?

Answer

No , the lodge has been booked for the bridal party, their plus ones and specific guest only . They are to be the only ones entering and leaving the building unless escorted by someone in the bridal party !

How do I enter the property?

Answer

Please enter the first driveway , follow it till it loops around infront of the lodge ( big grey building ) . Do not enter second driveway , the property owner does not allow that to be used.

Are their other places to stay besides hotels ?

Answer

Yes ! Hopkinsville has a great selection for Airbnb’s if you’re needing more space ! I would reccomend staying away from OAK GROVE area due crime and high traffic . Clarksville has great selection but will increase your drive by 40 minutes to an hour !
