4:30pm: Cocktail Hour
5:30: Bridal Party Entrances
5:40: Grand Entrance and First Dance
5:45: Dinner + Speeches
6:45: Parent Dances
7:00: Party Time
8:30: Cake Cutting + More Dancing
9:15: Last Song + Send Off
9:30: You don't have to go home but you can't stay here!
Our open bar will start at 4:30pm for cocktail hour and remain open until 8:30pm. It will close for 1 hour during dinner service and at this time, you may exit the reception room to purchase a cocktail from the hotel lobby bar. At 8:30pm, the bar will switch to a cash bar for the last hour in the night. The hotel lobby bar is open until midnight if you're not ready to end the party!
