What safety precautions are being taken?

Answer

Our venue is amazing! Although we had to cut our guest count- we were happy to do so to keep all of you safe. Tables will all be 6 feet apart and there will be no more than 8 at a table. We will have hand sanitizer and masks available for all guest. We will also be using single use plates, napkins, and utensils to keep everything as sanitary as possible. The caterers will be serving up the food to minimize the amount of people near the food. The mask mandate does not apply to private events. So if you are comfortable with not wearing a mask- that is perfect fine. If you would like to wear one- we will have some at the door or you can bring your own! We will continue to update this answer as new questions or precautions arise. Also feel free to call or text us with any additional questions or concerns!

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids -- we really do. But we want this to be your night off! Also, it's not a kid friendly venue as it's right in Downtown Omaha.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels?

Answer

There is transportation to and from the airport- but not specifically for the wedding. We choose these hotels because they are just a block or two away from the venue! However, the Marriott is a little further and has a shuttle that will glad bring you to the wedding of you set it up with the front desk.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says "and Guest" then yes. If not, we would prefer if it was just you as our guest count had was significantly decreased to COVID-19 rules.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal/Dressy casual. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if the shoes or ties need to come off to get you on dance floor- so be it!

What type of food will be served?

Answer

Burrito bowls! Steak, chicken, and veggie with all the toppings. There will also be chips with salsa, queso, guac (or all 3!) If you have any food allergies/restrictions please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate!

What's the drink situation?

Answer

Free beer and wine for all! But don't forget to tip your bartenders! We'll also have water and tea options available.

Where is parking?

Answer

If you're staying at one of the hotels- you do not need to worry about parking as the venue is just a block or two away. If you're not staying at one of the hotels, there are a few spots on the street right out front of the venue or a parking lot directly across the street.

Are cell phones allowed during the ceremony?

Answer

Nope! We are paying amazing photographers and videographers to capture these special moments for us. We are more than happy to provide you with copies if you'd like! We ask that you let the professionals do their jobs. Feel free to bring the phones out as soon as the bride and groom have left the building!
