FAQs

Question

How early can guests arrive prior to the Ceremony?

Answer

Wedding guests can arrive as early as 2:30 p.m. for a 3 p.m. ceremony.

Question

Is the wedding kid friendly?

Answer

ABSOLUTELY! Kids that are on the invites are encouraged to attend. The venue offers a kids play room on the second floor above the dance floor, along with plenty of space to run around and have fun! Aren't we all just kids at heart?

Question

What type of food will be at the wedding?

Answer

We are hosting a buffet style dinner that will include caesar salad, chicken, tri-tip, potatoes, and green beans. During cocktail hour, there will be a Chef's Table charcuterie board. There will gluten-free options available at the wedding.

Question

Is it open bar?

Answer

YES! We want to celebrate and have a good time. For those who partake, the bar will open during cocktail hour and stay open until 7 p.m.

Question

What colors should I avoid wearing?

Answer

As the groom said, "White, clearly lol" but we also ask that you refrain from wearing a forest green color as that is what the wedding party will be in.

Question

Should I wear heels?

Answer

It is not recommended to wear heels at this event as there are many uneven surfaces (i.e. unfinished stone steps) and dinner will be on a grassy area.

Question

Is it an outdoor or indoor wedding?

Answer

The ceremony is set to be outside as will the cocktail hour and dinner service; weather permitting. The dance floor and festivities will take place inside the castle. If it is forecasted to rain, all festivities will take place inside the castle. With this in mind, please dress accordingly.

Question

Is parking on-site?

Answer

Yes! Parking is right next to the castle in a dirt lot. Please make sure that you park in the area designated for the wedding venue and not the golf course.

Question

If I have any additional questions or concerns, who can I reach out to?

Answer

Please do not hesitate to get in contact with the bride and groom directly. We would love to make this celebration as fun for everyone as it will be for us.
