* Please book rooms by June 23rd to get our discounted room rates! The hotel is about a 30 minute drive to the venue. Transportation will be provided but it's not required you take it! Bus will be leaving the hotel at 4:45pm arriving at the venue for 5:15pm. Bus departure from the venue will be at 11:00pm.
