FAQs

Question

is there parking available?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking available at Camp Hosea. However, you cannot leave your vehicle overnight. Any vehicle left onsite after 9:00AM the next morning will result in a fee charged to you. Please plan ahead for transportation, hotel stays, and Airbnb rentals.

Question

are children invited?

Answer

Although we love your kids, we ask that only the specified adults listed on your invitation attend our wedding. We encourage you to enjoy a night away from your little ones!

Question

can i bring a guest?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests. We are only inviting the individuals specifically named on your invitations. Your invitation will be made to "(Your Name) & One Guest" if a plus one has been given.

Question

what is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see you dressed your best! The official dress code for our big day is Cocktail attire. The bridal party will be wearing black, so it is encouraged to avoid black attire. For women, this includes maxi and midi dresses. For men, this includes boots, jeans, sports coats, and suits.

Question

what time should i arrive to Camp Hosea?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 3:30pm. Our ceremony will start promptly at 4:00PM and we will not be allowing guests into the chapel after we begin. If you are running late, please find staff outside the chapel to escort you to a viewing room.

Question

is this an outdoor or indoor event?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held indoor in the chapel. The cocktail hour to follow will be hosted outside on the courtyard area, with heaters for your comfort. The reception will be held indoor in the reception building.

Question

when do i need to rsvp by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than October 24th. If we do not receive an RSVP by the specified date, we will assume that you will not be attending, and therefore will not have proper seating arrangements.

Question

can i bring my own alcohol?

Answer

Unfortunately, the venue does not allow outside alcoholic beverages on the premises. We will have beverage options throughout the day. Therefore, do not bring outside alcohol into the chapel, courtyard, or reception building. The venue is permitted to charge a fine and ask you to leave the premises.
