FAQs

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly request cocktail or formal attire for our celebration. To honor our elevated western theme, tasteful elevated western touches such as boots, a cute cowboy hat, or subtle luxury western accessories — are welcomed. The ceremony and reception will take place outdoors, and April in Arizona can be quite warm, so we recommend dressing comfortably for the heat while keeping your look elevated and celebration-ready.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Doors open at 5:00 PM, and the ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM. Please plan to arrive with enough time to find your seat. We kindly ask that you do not be late, as the ceremony will start right on time!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we adore your little ones, this celebration will be adults-only. We kindly ask that you make arrangements for a child-free evening (unless previously discussed) so everyone can relax, unwind, and celebrate with us.

Question

I have a dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely—we are happy to accommodate food allergies, as well as vegetarian and vegan preferences. Please be sure to note any dietary needs in the vegetarian meal question during RSVP. We want everyone to enjoy the evening comfortably and with ease.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

To allow us to thoughtfully plan our celebration, we kindly ask that only those listed on the invitation attend. Guests with an allotted plus one will see a “Guest” option during RSVP.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by March 9, 2026.
