What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. We recommend arriving at the venue no later than 4:15pm to allow time for parking & finding your seat.

Where should I go once I arrive?

Answer

Upon arrival, please stay in your car & follow the signs to the ceremony location. Parking will be available at the ceremony site.

Can I bring a date?

Due to space constraints at the venue, please only bring guests listed on the invitation!

Where will the reception be held?

Answer

Immediately following the ceremony, you will be directed back to the clubhouse for cocktail hour while the bridal party has photos taken. The reception will begin at 5:30pm.

Are kids welcome?

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

For out of town guests, we have secured a room block at the Towneplace Suites hotel in Beavercreek, around 10 minutes from the venue. The blocked rooms will be available for approximately $169 for the night. To take advantage of the discounted rate and ensure a room within the block is still available, please complete booking by 10 June 2026.
