Where is the wedding and reception?

Both the wedding and reception will take place at Barr Mansion, which is about 15-20 minutes from downtown without traffic. 10463 Sprinkle Rd, Austin, TX 78754

Will there be transportation to the venue?

Answer

Yes, transportation will be provided to and from the venue. Charter buses will depart from the Aloft Austin Downtown (109 E 7th St, Austin, TX 78701) at 3:45 p.m. All guests, even those local to Austin, are encouraged to use the provided transportation. Please be mindful of Friday afternoon traffic if you choose an alternative mode of transportation. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 p.m. Buses will pickup from the venue at 10:45 p.m. and return back to the hotel.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our afternoon ceremony will be outdoors on the lawn weather permitting. Following the ceremony, guests will walk to the cocktail hour and reception hall on unpaved pathways. For those reasons, stiletto or otherwise-thin heels are not recommended.

Yes, there is free onsite complimentary parking at Barr Mansion.

Due to venue restrictions, our wedding will be an adults-only event. We appreciate your understanding and hope you're still able to celebrate with us.
