When should I RSVP by?

Answer

In order to ensure enough time to finalize the headcount for catering services, please RSVP by December 31, 2025.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no more than 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony, as venue staff may still be busy setting up.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation includes any plus ones, it will allow you to RSVP for all of them, even if it is an unnamed plus one. If your invitation does not include a plus one and you wish to bring one, please reach out to us so that we can ensure there is adequate room.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Casual cocktail is preferred, but we can't wait to celebrate with you no matter what you wear! We do ask that the bride be the only one in white (or any variation of it). In addition, please be mindful that it is the middle of February, and if weather permits, the brief ceremony will be held outside!

Will dinner be provided?

Answer

Yes! The wonderful staff at Deep Run Roadhouse is catering our wedding with their delicious southern style BBQ and sides, as well as beverages. There will be alcoholic beverages available for our guests over 21, however we do ask that no liquor or outside alcoholic beverages be brought into the venue.
