It all started March 23rd, 2012, at Ultra Music Festival in Miami. It was at that loud, sweaty, and lawless festival where Eric finally built up the courage to speak to a girl that was out of his league (mainly referring to the age gap, but if we’re being honest, she was hotter than him). He had spent months admiring her from a distance and when he saw her in the crowd, he knew he had to take a shot.   The girl was, of course, Darlene Medina. The perfect combination of class and Cuban sass (not a typo, I’m referring to her sass you sickos). The two of them spent hours sitting in the dirt, getting to know one another. At the time, Eric was 16 and Darlene was 19. As young as they were (or Eric was), both knew they had found something special in each other.   Now, almost EXACTLY 12 years later, on March 22nd, 2024, that young couple will be starting the next chapter of their story as husband and wife.
