FAQs

The Wedding Website of Mikayla Delgado and James Madison
Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive by 4pm to attend social hour with appetizers and drinks.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is black tie. That includes formal suit attire for men and evening gown formal dresses for women. Please dress accordingly also keeping in mind the weather. The venue will also have a rocky entrance to the ceremony so please keep that in mind with the shoes you wear. Refrain from wearing jeans or T-shirts.

Question

Is this venue handicap accessible?

Answer

For those who are unable to walk on uneven surfaces or long distances, a golf cart will be available upon request to take you to the ceremony, cocktail, and reception.

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If you received a plus one, your guest's name is listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

We decided our wedding and reception as an adult-only event (with the exception of our nephews). As much as we love your little ones, we hope you understand. We encourage you to use this day as a date night to get out and have some fun!

Question

How do we get to the wedding?

Answer

We have listed the location of the wedding on the invitations and on our website. Parking is limited, so if possible, carpooling is recommended. When you enter the venue, look for a white flag that says ‘Camino Real Ranch’.

Question

Should we bring a gift or money?

Answer

We appreciate you all, and are not expecting anything in return for our wedding. We have created a registry through our wedding website if you would like to get us a gift. If you choose to buy an item off the list, it will be sent to us directly. We have also included a cash fund as our top option.

Question

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can't make it, please make sure to RSVP No so that we can plan accordingly with our guest count for vendors. Please do this before March 31st.
