When should I RSVP by?

Question
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
We will begin the ceremony promptly at 5:00pm. Guests may begin to arrive at 4:00pm to allow time for parking. The gates to the venue will be closed at 4:45pm, and guests will not be permitted through until the conclusion of the ceremony.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We kindly ask guests to refrain from wearing white or black. The bridal party will be dressed in various shades of blue and green. Please note that the ceremony will take place on a grassy lawn, so comfortable, grass-friendly footwear is recommended.

Can I bring a date?

Plus ones are available upon request and will depend on the number of guests that have RSVP'd.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
While we adore children, our wedding will be an event for guests ages 8 and up. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate together! Exceptions will be made for members of the bridal party and close family.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes - there will be an open bar that will serve, beer, wine, and champagne. There is absolutely NO LIQUOR permitted on the premises of Mia Bella Grand. If it is discovered that an individual has brought liquor on the premises, the individual will be fined.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes - all vehicles associated with the event must park within the parking area as designated by the parking attendants. Vehicles must not park on any other lawn surface unless the owner or the parking attendants grant permission. Damages caused by vehicles to lawn or other areas will be charged to the bride and groom. Use of the driveway circle is solely for vendor unloading and/or guest drop-offs. No vehicles are to remain parked in the circle driveway. All vehicles must vacate the property by 11pm; the venue is closed on Sundays.

Smoking Policy
Answer
Mia Bella Grand is a non-smoking venue. MBO prohibits smoking in all structures, including but not limited to, the home, groom's quarters, veranda, pavilion, gazebo, and front terrace. Smoking permitted only in designated areas.
