What should I do if I cannot attend?

Answer

We will miss you, immensely! If you cannot make it to our wedding, please indicate your regrets when you RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending," but find that you will not be able make it, please notify us as you can.

What should I wear?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We kindly ask that you wear formal or cocktail attire for our wedding.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We adore your children, but we have chosen to keep our wedding & reception an adults-only event, with the exception of immediate family. We hope you'll take this opportunity to enjoy a special night out!

Can I Bring a Plus One?

Answer

Due to space & budget constraints, we are only able to accommodate the guests included on your invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

UPDATE: Our ceremony will be held indoors on the 2nd Floor of Millso Commons Cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors on the first and second floors of Millso Commons (address detailed on our “Schedule” page).

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 20 minutes early to sign our guest book, grab a beverage, find a seat and be ready to celebrate on time!

where should i stay?

Answer

We have reserved a hotel block at the Springhill Suites on Gateway Avenue in Chambersburg. This hotel block is available at a discounted rate for our wonderful friends and family until 4/1/2025. After April 1st has passed, the link will expire and you will no longer be able to book so please reserve your room as soon as possible! You can book your hotel room using the link on our “Travel” page.

Will there be an after party?

Answer

Hell yeah, please join us downstairs after the reception to continue to the celebrations!

Will there be transportation provided?

Answer

In order to keep everyone safe, we will be providing transportation to and from the hotel to the wedding venue. The after-party will be held immediately after the reception downstairs on the first floor of Millso Commons. The shuttle will make a round of drop offs back to the hotel for those who wish to call it a night. For those who would like to continue the party downstairs, we will have additional shuttle rounds leaving at different times up until the final drop off at 12:30 AM. If you feel inclined, please leave a tip for our bus driver (and our bartenders!). will there be parking if I want to drive?

Answer

There is parking at Millso Commons for our guests who wish to drive to and from to the reception. If you have been drinking (which we hope you will be), we ask that you please take the bus or an Uber to get to where you will lie your head on wedding night. Cars can be left overnight at Millso Commons and retrieved in the morning so please do not ruin our wedding day.

What is the proximity of the hotel to the venue?

Answer

The hotel is a 7-minute drive from the venue.
