Longhorn Alum, music and vino lover, SUPER Texan (not Super Tuscan ya wino!) - if only they met in college! Alas, Kate & Rachel met during a friends' Colorado trip where they dined, wined and danced the night away. Since then, they've been on the most amazing trips - Tulum, Napa, Colorado (again!) and played countless games of cards and dominos, of which Rachel dominates.

Texas Sweetheart sisters, classmates and 6th street dancing queens - Savannah and Kate were tied at the hip in college. Post grad, they visited each other through cross-country moves to Florida and SF, and eventually both made their way back to the beloved land of ATX , resuming events such as Longhorn tailgates, ACL, and running.

Fellow Nordy-lover!!, dog & plant mom, pizza lover, blondie, Emillee and Kate have been friends since college, but their friendship really took off when they became neighbors in 2018 <3 Countless girls nights, dinner dates with the guys, venturing DT on the railway for shows (pre-COVID) and back to the burbs together, lake day celebrations and waving hi through the window for a mid-work day smile are a few highlights!

Kate and Tate met Sophomore year at Guyer High. Tate was a superstar Cheerleader and helped Kate make the squad Senior year (along with Rach & Chelle). Kate became a regular at the Foster's house for sleepovers, pool days, casual house parties and delicious food (usually made by Mark and Dianne - mas salsa please!). They are each others waterfall partners for life - "Kate + Tate drink 8". Fast forward 15 years, not much has changed!

Papi. The Italian Stallion. A man of few words but much advice. Being married to Kate or Rachel means being married to Katchel and he couldn't be a better counterpart for Darren. The great outdoorsman and Rose Daddy knows Kate and Darren each in their own right and it would be damn near impossible to find anyone more suited to marry these two.

Darren and Alex exchanged trash talk over a game of billiards one day. Turns out they liked each other's competitive spirit and gelled during a road trip to UT as an initiation-week scavenger hunt unfolded across the gulf south. Alex and Darren were roommates for 4 years in college and Darren likes to believe he convinced Alex to join Who Dat Nation. Alex was also a beneficiary of half-priced Chili's and remains an inspiring force behind Darren's world-class FIFA skills. He and Eric convinced Darren to pick up the sticks and put down the Guitar Hero, and they are both equally responsible for Darren's love of winter sports. Ask them about the Ying Yang Twins concert and a bottle of Grey Goose.

Eric introduced Darren to camping festivals, so blame him. Bonnaroo 09 was but one in a series of lifelong adventures sure to continue open-endedly. A pledge brother and LSU soccer teammate. Darren's first ever trip to Austin in his life came with Eric behind the wheel. The peak of their friendship was when Darren got Chili's for 50% off for the majority of the time they spent as college roommates. Darren aspires to regain those friendship levels one day.

Ryan pledged Darren, Alex, and Eric's fraternity a year after them - big mistake. Eric lobbied the board for Ryan to be his Little Brother - a long story 800 words cannot properly convey. That fraternity brotherhood spilled over into lifelong friendship long after the fraternity ties were severed. Ryan keeps Darren grounded, unless they're getting big air together on some gnarly ski runs or climbing a tree to get a better view of Main Stage.

While both being Austinites, Darren and Jimmy met in Boulder where Jimmy explained the unexplainable to him at the time - Bitcoin. They really bonded over - you guessed it - music & a love for the outdoors. Jimmy and his wife Rachel have grown into some of Darren and Kate's very best friends as they all love to travel, wine, dine, and dance (even if Rachel hogs the aux).

High school was a strange time: Joe had hair, Darren went to school with 0 females, and Nick Saban coached LSU. Fast forward almost 20 years, Joe and Darren's friendship has flourished around their shared love of live music, fast cars, and delicious eats.
Evan Burgmeier

Darren & Evan like to believe Calculus AP needed them more than they needed Calculus AP. High school best friends and decade-long fantasy football opponents, they hold dear to their heart that Mardi Gras 2007 will never be topped. Evan introduced Darren to Little 500 at IU and Darren introduced Evan to winning football when the Tigers beat Notre Dame in the 2006 Sugar Bowl, then went on to win the 2007 National Title. Evan was kind enough to convince Tracy Porter to head from Bloomington to New Orleans where he ended up beating Evan's team in the Super Bowl. February 7th 2010 remains the only day in history where these two did not exercise their friendship. WHO DAT ⚜️
