What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be starting promptly at 4pm. Please plan to arrive by 3:30pm.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal or semi-formal attire is recommended. No jeans, please.

I have a food allergy or intolerance.

Answer

If you have a food allergy or intolerance that we are unaware of, please contact Itza so that accommodations to your meal can be made.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your invitation does not indicate a plus one but you would like to bring one, please contact Itza or Brett so that accommodations can be made.

Are children allowed?

We love your little ones! Children are welcome at this event. There will be child friendly meals available for them.

Is the event indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors. The reception will be inside the venue. If severe weather is in the forecast, all events will be moved indoors.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Answer

Outside alcohol is not permitted. We have hired the fabulous Bartenders and Dreams to cater to all of our guests. There will be an open bar with a variety of mixed cocktails, beer, and wine. Shots are not permitted on the venue premises.

What if I need a designated driver?

Answer

Shuttle service will be running to and from the Hampton Inn Bulverde. Please book a room at this hotel if you would like to enjoy the open bar without a worry.

I am flying in from out of town. What is the closest airport?

Answer

San Antonio International Airport.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We have hired an incredibly talented photographer to capture our most special day. Cell phone use is not permitted at the ceremony. Please take the time to be present with us.
