Dylan and I have been friends since we were 8 years old. We met on his dad's SYFA football team. Since then we've always managed to stay in touch and every time we get together we pick up where we left off in the conversation. Dylan is a brother to me, and to be asked to be his best man was a shock at first. We don't see each other as often as I would like, but I think our bond is deeper than time spent together. We will always have each other to lean on no matter what. Thank you for the honor of being your best man and congrats to the Luckado's!

Karen is THE life of the party—not just in fabulous outfits, planning, and energy, but in how meticulously and intentionally she cares for others. I knew we’d be best friends when I saw this care in action, and have been so grateful to have a friend who loves and supports me so fiercely. We’ve been a constant in each other’s lives, and in so many ways, grew up together from college to adulthood. I think little Phis Karen & Emily would be so proud of how far we’ve come! You have a remarkable ability to understand me, support me, and heal me when I need it most. I cherish the memories we've created together, the lychee martinis we’ve drank, and all the events I’ve gotten to attend as your FOMO-filled plus-one. Karen and I met in 2013 when I transferred to USM and joined Phi Mu. Starting a new school and knowing no one in a big sorority can be really intimidating, and at first I was sure I had made a mistake - then enters Karen. She was one of the first girls to introduce herself and we instantly became best friends. We have gone through so much growth and change together since that time, and even though we live far away, we never miss a beat when we get back together. Knowing Karen has brought so much laughter and adventure into my life, she is truly such a light to be around. She cares for the people she loves immensely and I have cherished our friendship throughout these last 10+ years. I’m so thrilled to stand by her side on her big day!

To my surprise, it was an amazing bridesmaid box. I immediately FaceTimed Karen and accepted.
