WHEN DO I NEED TO RSVP BY?

April 1st (no joke) :), if we do not have a response by then, we will assume you cannot attend.

CEREMONY START TIME?

4pm, shuttles will pickup at 3pm from the Hyatt to go to the ceremony. The return schedule from the reception will be posted later.

FOR THE GIRLS!

Answer

Hello my lovelies! The color palette are pastels with pops of color. Think garden party, pastels, ruffles, patterns, etc. no shades of white of course. Pinterest: https://pin.it/3D3GCesqe Terrain is primarily grass (weather allowing) with cocktail hour having some pavement, and the reception tent flooring is also hardscape. There will be some version of flats available at the reception to give your feet a rest if you need/would like.

ARE KIDS WELCOME?

TERRAIN?

Answer

The initial drive up to the Manor house is gravel, while the ceremony will be on grass. Cocktail hour will be held on both grass and hardscape, with the tented reception having a hard patio. Feel free to wear whatever shoes feel like the best choice for your comfort!

WHAT TO DO IF I CAN'T MAKE IT?

You will be dearly missed! If you are unable to make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "Not Attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

IS THERE PARKING AT THE VENUE?

Answer

Yes! Parking is available at the venue. Cars may be left overnight at Bohemia but MUST be picked up the next morning by no later than 10am.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES DURING THE CEREMONY?

Answer

Please keep all phones silenced/off in purses, jackets, etc. during the ceremony. We trust our photographers to capture our ceremony and our guests. We want everyone to be fully present with us. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many pictures as you like and be sure to share with us!

I HAVE A FOOD/DRINK ALLERGY, CAN I MAKE A REQUEST?

Of course, please let us know of any food/drink allergies to be aware of.

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

Answer

Yes! We will have a little bit of everything and mocktails as well. The drinks are on us, the hangover on you :) Get ready for a great night!

There is a no-smoking or vaping policy within the reception tent or on the shuttles.
