Especially since it's Memorial Day Weekend, we encourage you to rsvp as earlier as possible, as well as to book your travel and your room at The Forum Hotel! At the latest, please rsvp by April 10, 2026. We want to make sure you have plenty of time to schedule your travel, and we have plenty of time to make sure everything is picture perfect for our weekend with you.
We have a room block at The Forum Hotel! We will be staying there all weekend, and we would absolutely love for all our guests to join us. Additionally, the rehearsal brunch, welcome party, and after party will all be hosted at the Forum. It's the place to be for the weekend! Room block details are in the "Travel" tab. (Please note: Our room block is limited, and the hotel is very popular. So, we strongly encourage you to book early! If it is fully booked when you attempt to reserve your room, please reach out to Will or Anna as soon as possible.)
We are! Thanks for asking. We eloped on May 1, 2024 — just the two of us, cherry blossoms, and a quiet little “I do” at the Tidal Basin in D.C. We always knew that we wanted to celebrate with you all but we didn't want to choose between getting to start our lives together and waiting to celebrate how we really wanted to. So, we just did things a little out of order! (Thanks for loving us anyway!) Ahead of our wedding weekend, we'll also have a small private Catholic ceremony. And then on May 24, we’re throwing the celebration we’ve been dreaming about since the start. We'll say our vows (again--maybe with some things we've learned in the last two years thrown in), raise a glass (or several), and hit the dance floor. Thanks for being with us every step of the way.
The dress code for the wedding is Black Tie Optional - Garden Chic Tuxes and gowns are encouraged, as well as suits and formal dresses. Ladies (and Gentlemen), we want to the florals, the spring colors, and the frills! Looking for inspiration? Check out our Pinterest board: https://pin.it/67g1yorTj For dress code information for other wedding weekend events, please see the schedule!
For the wedding day, we will be providing transportation from The Forum Hotel to Keswick Vineyards and back again at the end of the night! Again, please be sure to indicate that you would like day-of transportation when you rsvp. Details to come as the big weekend gets closer. All other formal wedding events will be at the hotel. For details on getting to Charlottesville, see the "Travel" tab.
The ceremony begins at 4:15. Please arrive no later than 3:45 pm to get settled in. If you're riding the shuttle, never fear, you'll be there in plenty of time!
We’re honored to have you coming to celebrate with us, and we really want this to be a weekend about bringing all the people we love best together. We’re so excited for time with all our favorite people! And, while we know all our people have great taste in friends and loved ones, in order to maintain intimacy, plus ones are limited to those identified on your invitation. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep the guest list just right!
YES! We’d love for you to join us to keep the party going at back at The Forum Hotel. Just ride the shuttle back to the hotel with Mr. & Mrs. Lucardi, and they'll show you the way.
Short answer: Yes, it's a three day weekend, and we get to have all our favorite people in one place. We want to maximize it. (Also, Charlottesville is such a cute getaway spot, and we want you all get to get to enjoy it!) Take a look at the schedule page for all the details.
We will be arriving in Charlottesville on Friday morning and leaving Monday evening!
