Mandy and Kyle first crossed paths at UCF through mutual friends. Throughout college, they only ran into each other a handful of times. Just enough to know the other existed, but not enough to imagine what was to come. In Oct 2019, after Kyle had graduated and Mandy was finishing her Senior year, they ran into each other again at a UCF tailgate. This time, something just clicked. Now they're getting married almost 7 years later!

Mandy and Kyle took a trip to Portugal in Oct 2024. Once they arrived to Madeira, Portugal, Kyle spent all morning trying to find the perfect spot to watch the sunset (and propose). That evening, they drove up the mountain to Pico do Arieiro. It was very foggy during the entire drive, but they eventually found their way above the clouds. Just as the sun was setting below the mountains, Kyle got down on one knee! It was an unforgettable way to begin their forever!

They both share a love for the mountains. As Floridians, they love a chance to see the change of scenery and the calmer lifestyle that the mountains provide. Mandy spent many vacations in the Smoky Mountains growing up, so it’s a location that’s always held a special place in her heart. In 2023, Kyle and Mandy went on a camping trip together through the Smokys. The Smoky Mountains is a place that will always remind them of their adventures!
