The hotels are directly across the street from one another. Please note that as of now, check in is at 4pm. Our shuttles begin at 4pm, so we encourage you to arrive ready or come the night before to ensure your room is ready. It also doesn't hurt to call the hotel the day before to see if they can offer you early check-in. The hotel is working to accommodate early check-ins where possible!

The hotels are directly across the street from one another. If you are staying at the Notary, the rear entrance of the Notary is the closest access point to the Marriott. Please note that as of now, check in is at 4pm. Our shuttles begin at 4pm, so we encourage you to arrive ready or come the night before to ensure your room is ready. It also doesn't hurt to call the hotel the day before to see if they can offer you early check-in. The hotel is working to accommodate early check-ins where possible!

Cescaphe Trolley & Motorcoach

September 18, 2026 4:00 pm - 4:45 pm

Shuttles will be picking up guests from The Downtown Marriott to take you to the venue. If you are staying at the Notary, please walk across the street to the Marriott to grab the shuttle. The rear entrance of the Notary is the closest access point to the Marriott. At the end of the night, the shuttles will be picking guests up from the venue and dropping guests off at the Downtown Marriott.

For our guests traveling from out of town, Philadelphia International Airport is the closest airport to our hotels and venue.
