Where should I stay?

Answer

While our top recommendation is to stay downtown for the easiest access to the venue and weekend events, we understand budgets vary and want you to choose what works best for you. We’ve put together a variety of hotel blocks and options on our travel page. Keep in mind, things fill up quickly in the summer so please book early if you can join us!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 pm, so we kindly ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes early to get settled. Summer traffic in downtown Newport can be brutal, so please allow more time than you think to get to the venue.

Will the wedding events be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside, weather permitting, while the reception will be held under a sperry tent.

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

Black Tie Preferred – We invite you to dress in formal attire. Floor length gowns or elevated cocktail dresses are perfect, including vibrant, summery colors or prints. Gentlemen may wear tuxedos or dark suits. We encourage you to lean into the formality!
