WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

Black Tie Preferred. We want everyone to feel comfortable, but please keep in mind that it is a special occasion, so dress to celebrate!

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

The ceremony will begin punctually at 1pm. Please plan to arrive at least 15-20 minutes early to allow time for parking and seating. We kindly ask everyone to be seated by 12:45 PM so the ceremony can start on time.

CAN I BRING A PLUS-ONE?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for your understanding!

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?

Answer

Yes, the church has a parking lot, as does The Watermill. Valet service will be provided at The Watermill for all of our guests. We recommend carpooling or using a ride-sharing services (Uber/Lyft) if you plan to drink or prefer not to drive.

WILL THE WEDDING BE INDOOR OR OUTDOOR?

Answer

The ceremony will take place indoors at Our Lady of Hope Church (Carle Place, NY). The reception will follow at Watermill Caterers (Smithtown, NY), where we will have an indoor/outdoor cocktail hour.

ARE KIDS INVITED?

Answer

We love and adore your little ones; however, this will be an adult-only reception celebration. We truly appreciate your understanding!

ARE THERE ACCOMMODATIONS NEARBY?

Answer

Yes, there are several hotels near the venue. We have partnered with the Hyatt Regency Long Island for a room block and special rates for our guests. You can find more information and booking details on our "Travel" page.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CAN'T MAKE IT?

You will be missed! If you are unable to attend our wedding, please let us know your regrets so we can plan accordingly.

ARE THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION AT THE SAME LOCATION?

Answer

No, the ceremony and reception will take place at different locations. Our wedding ceremony will be held at Our Lady of Hope Church (Carle Place, NY) at 1:00 PM. After the ceremony, guests will have time to relax and freshen up before the celebration at The Watermill Caterers (Smithtown, NY). Cocktail hour will begin at 6:00 PM.

WILL TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED TO/FROM THE RECEPTION?

Answer

Yes! We will be providing shuttle service from The Hyatt Regency to The Watermill for guests. More details on shuttle pickup times and locations are on our "Travel" page.

Will there be a formal invitation?

Answer

Yes! A formal invitation will be sent closer to our wedding date with all the important details.
