Will both the ceremony and reception be located at The Pavilion at Pinehills?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony will start at 5:30 pm and will be located onsite. It will be immediately followed by cocktail hour and the reception.

Is parking available onsite?

Answer

Yes. There will be transportation to/from the hotels with room blocks (Hilton and Hotel 1620), but there is parking available onsite if you would like to drive.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside under a covered tent. Cocktail hour will also be outside under a covered space. The reception is indoors.

Is a two night minimum required for the room block?

Answer

Yes, both hotels require a two night minimum for the room block. However, Hotel 1620 allows one night bookings outside of the room block at their standard rate.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Although we would love to include your loved one, we would like to keep our wedding to our closest family and friends. Please only bring a plus one if indicated on your invitation. Thank you for your understanding.
