Seth and Jenny met in 2016 during their freshman year at UNC Chapel Hill. Jenny claims first meeting at Windy Gap - A Young Life Camp. Seth claims meeting first at the volleyball courts behind Hinton James dormitory. Honestly, pick whichever sounds best to you, because the most important thing is that they met! Praise God for that!!! Freshman year, they started leading Young Life, shared many friends, and played IM soccer together. Jenny was pre-occupied with other boys but knew Seth was a catch—that's why she told everyone of her single girl friends to date him. Seth was definitely eyeing Jenny and it is said that he even admitted to wanting to date "a girl like her" to their good friends Evan and Austin at a Chance the Rapper concert the summer after their freshman year. Jenny finally gave Seth the chance to really get to know her in October of 2017—during their sophomore year. After he showed up at her door with an avocado and flowers to ask her on a date, she was really smitten—and hasn't stopped since.
