With original introductions happening through Travis, this was an unlikely bond that has only gotten stronger over time. Their friendship shows that some relationships transcend age. Dan and his wife Vanessa welcome everyone into their house with open arms. When the weekend rolls around, you can always find Andrew at his second home.

Kelly and Maria also met in nursing school when someone kept getting them confused with one another. Their trauma bond and survival skills got them through the unnecessarily hard program but also helped them become great friends. Fast forward to now, they're still both tired nurses but love to hang out when they get a chance to, especially if that means discovering new food spots and constantly eating hotpot almost every day.

Their relationship started while Andrew was learning to bartend. What started as a mentor-protégé relationship soon blossomed into an inseparable brotherhood. They are constantly asked if they're siblings and always give the same response, "Yeah, that's my brother from another mother right there."

McKenna

Kelly and McKenna met when they both worked in the Baltimore PICU as newbie nurses. Like Maria, this pair was also trauma bonded by nursing! They love hanging out with each other and occasionally do double dates with her awesome hubby as well. McKenna is absolutely hilarious and makes every situation fun and light-hearted. No doubt, she's going to be the first one on the dance floor for SURE.

Jason

Keeping the introduction train rolling, Andrew met Jason through Dan. At the time, the boys had been taking semiannual trips to Travis's family's hunting cabin (aka "camp"). Jason was the missing piece that we didn't know we needed. With the passing of our dear friend, Jason made it feel like the "Core Four" could live on.

Kiki

Kelly's older sister (by 9 years) that Kelly truly admires. She always thinks of Kiki as the 2.0 version of herself because she's so multi-talented. She crochets, knits, cooks, bakes, gardens...the list goes on! You can definitely tell who is helping Kelly with her DIY wedding projects. Kelly was a junior bridesmaid for Kiki's wedding and she's excited to have Kiki now be a part of hers.

When two people fall in love, they can only hope that the other's friends are equally as wonderful. Luckily for Andrew, that was the case with Jen and Leo. Between couple dates, trips to DC, and keeping the proposal a secret for months, Andrew and Kelly just wouldn't be the same without Jen and Leo.

Rachel

Rachel and I met at work (nurse besties) and instantly bonded over our shared love of dumb humor. Our friendship basically runs on memes, chaotic energy, and an impressive 110+ TikTok streak of sending each other the most unhinged videos we can find. Even though we haven’t known each other long, it feels like we’ve been laughing together forever. She's become one of the most important people in my life, and I couldn't imagine this day without her by my side.

Andrew's co-worker, math bro, and ultimate hype man. Chris not only has a great beard himself, he tells Andrew how amazing his beard looks too! He definitely compliments him so much that Kelly's in the doghouse for not saying more.

Lily

Jr. Bridesmaid

Andrew's mini me with the luscious gold locks and long lashes. Lily welcomed Kelly into the family with open arms ever since the beginning and never fails to make her feel appreciated. Kelly is thrilled to have a bonus daughter to share new adventures and self-care days with (she even keeps Kelly up to date with the current teenage lingo so that she never feels old).

Kelly's awesome nephew who's in charge of being the ring security for the wedding. Liam loves hanging out with his Auntie Kel and working on his math skills with Uncle Andrew.

Andrew's sweet, loving niece. When the day is as important as this, we obviously had to call in a professional. She's super excited to have such an important job!
