When Should I RSVP By?

Answer

If able, please RSVP as soon as possible. The deadline to RSVP is August 17th. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no'. This means there will be no seating, food, or drink accommodations for you. We need to provide the venue and vendors with a total guest count in timely manner, we hope you can understand.

What Should I Do If I Cannot Make It?

You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will NOT attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending" but find that you will not be able to make it, please notify us as soon as you are aware.

When Should I Arrive?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 4:00 PM. We recommend arriving 15–20 minutes early to find your seat. If you arrive after the ceremony has started, we kindly ask that you wait until it ends before joining everyone at cocktail hour.

Are Children Allowed At The Wedding?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we have chosen to make our wedding an adults-only celebration due to limited space. We appreciate your understanding.

Can I Bring A Plus One?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you have been given a plus one, it will be clearly indicated on your invitation as ‘Your Name & Guest.’ Otherwise, we kindly ask that only those listed on the invitation attend. Thank you for understanding.

Will The Wedding Take Place Indoors Or Outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, and the reception indoors. Please plan accordingly. Ladies, the outdoor events will take place on cement, so no need to worry about wearing heels in grassy areas!

Where Do We Park Our Vehicles?

Answer

The venue will provide valet parking, at no cost to you! Please do not feel obligated to pay the drivers unless you would like to tip, any tips are greatly appreciated, but not required!

Are Phones Allowed At The Wedding?

Answer

We kindly ask that you do NOT use your cellphone during the ceremony from 4:00-5:00 PM. We understand you may wish to take photos; however, a professional photographer will be onsite capturing these moments. Cellphones and photos are welcome after the ceremony concludes at 5:00 PM.
