What is the Dress Code?

Answer

Semi formal. Please note that there is uneven ground and gravel in some areas so please wear appropriate footwear. April can be fresh in the evening with potential for wet weather so we would recommend a coat to keep warm and to dress accordingly.

Where is the Wedding?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held at Solitaire Homestead, Dunsborough. At the entrance of the Homestead there will be signs directing you to the ceremony location. Guests driving to the Homestead please follow the signs to the ceremony location. Once there you will be directed where to park. After the ceremony you can move your car closer to the reception at the Shed. We would be extremely grateful to those who have driven, if you were able to assist those in need from the ceremony location to reception. How do I get there?

Answer

Solitaire Homestead is a 3hr drive from Perth, and a 8min drive from the Dunsborough town centre. We would recommend staying around Dunsborough at least on the night of the wedding. On the day you can get to the wedding in a number of ways: A) Catch the shuttle bus from pre-organised shuttle bus locations (locations TBC based on guest accommodation) B) Drive to Solitaire Homestead, parking available near reception. Please organise to have a skipper. Carpooling encouraged

What Accommodation options are there?

Answer

There are several accommodation options: A) Organising your own accommodation locally via external sites such as AirBnB etc B) Contacting accommodation providers directly Please see the "travel" tab for further information C) Caravan Parks

How do I get from my accommodation to the wedding on the day?

Answer

There will be pre organised shuttle buses from designated locations. Once we have worked out where everyone is staying we will update this section.

Where is the Ceremony and Reception?

Answer

The ceremony is an outside ceremony at Solitaire Homestead with the Reception at the Shed on the property.

Where do I park my car?

Answer

Guests driving to the Homestead please follow the signs to the ceremony location. Once there you will be directed where to park compactly. After the ceremony you can move your car closer to the reception at the Shed. We would be for ever grateful if you have driven and are able to drive those in need from Ceremony location to reception.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to guest list limitations unfortunately no, the invited people will be on the invitation.

Would you like gifts?

Answer

We truly appreciate your presence at our wedding and do not expect gifts. However if you would like to help us kick start our married life there are a few things we are saving for so a wishing well would be warmly received.
