BEFORE YOU GO

You will need to book your flight to arrive in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, and then it it a 35 minute shuttle/taxi/bus to Aqua Live Resort. We recommend booking with Saul at Tropical Incentives. We are working on getting a group rate for transportation services. There are direct flights from most major cities including New York, Newark, Atlanta, and Houston. Flight time is approximately 4 hours.

Instructions for Arrival

- On your flight to Punta Cana, you will be provided immigration and customs declaration forms on the plane and should fill them out during the flight. - When you land, you will go directly from arrival gate to immigration processing. - At the customs checkpoint, luggage is searched on a random basis-- this line moves quickly and your luggage will likely not be checked...(do not try to bring anything *legal in the U.S* into a foreign country please...) - After passing through the customs checkpoint there will be ATMs, currency exchange booths, and bathrooms that we recommend taking advance of-- this will be your last opportunity to use the bathroom and get cash out before leaving the airport. (Though the resort is all-inclusive, there may be additional add-ons or excursions that you would like to participate in during your stay). - Head to the arrival gates and there you will find your shuttle group or private car service. - Feel free to text our Travel Agent Shelly Grider at 337-212-8133 if you run into any issues.

ADULTS ONLY RESORT

- Aqua Live is an adults-only resort which means that anyone under the age of 18 is not permitted to stay at this resort. - We have made arrangements for those children in our immediate family that have been invited to attend the wedding and the reception May 25th. Prior to and following the celebration, children must return to their family friendly resort. - There are many resorts neighboring Aqua Live that are family friendly including: Jewel, Nickelodeon, Sirenis, Finest, and Dream Resorts.
