Can I bring a plus one or my kids?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your invitation and those included under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

When should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that guests plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. This allows for everyone to be parked and seated for the ceremony to begin at 4:00 p.m.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Kindly RSVP by June 25th, that way we can ensure we have enough time to get accurate numbers to our vendors.

Will there be transportation provided?

Answer

There sure is! Although transportation will be limited, our shuttle is only able to hold 25 guests. The shuttle will go back and fourth from the venue to the listed hotels to retrieve as many guests as possible. The shuttle will stop at each of the following hotels in Hill City from 3:00p.m.-3:45p.m. - Eversprings Inn & Suites - Comfort Inn - Best Western Transportation will also be provided following the ceremony at 3 different times from 8:30p.m.-11:30p.m.

What should I wear?

Answer

We would love to see all of our family and friends get dressed up with us! With that, we are requesting semi-formal attire.

Is there assigned seating?

Answer

No! Sit on either side at the ceremony, and sit wherever you please at the reception. We will have a few seats and tables reserved for close family, friends, as well as the wedding party! We hope that all family and friends intermingle!

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate that in the RSVP section on this website so we can plan accordingly.
