We recommend arriving by Thursday, December 18. We’re planning a welcome dinner that evening and the wedding will take place Friday afternoon. A detailed schedule will be shared closer to the date, but we hope this helps as you make your travel plans!

Dress code is semi-formal/cocktail attire. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, followed by an indoor reception. December evenings can be cool, please dress accordingly.
Please RSVP by the deadline indicated on your invitation. If we don’t receive your response by then, we’ll assume you’re unable to attend. We’ll miss celebrating with you but appreciate your understanding!
While we love your little ones, our celebration will be adults-only. We can only accommodate those formally listed on your invitation.
We’ll be staying at the Mission Pacific Hotel in Oceanside, CA, about 30 minutes from the venue. While we haven’t reserved a room block, feel free to stay wherever is most convenient for you. Visit our Travel page for more details and recommendations.

Yes! There’s free onsite parking. Overnight parking is permitted, but vehicles must be picked up by 10:00 AM the next day.
Transportation will not be provided. We recommend carpooling or rideshare services like Uber or Lyft.
Yes! We’ll serve a full dinner, dessert, and drinks.
Yes, the drinks are on us! 🍸 Please drink responsibly and plan for a safe ride home. Overnight parking is available if needed.

Yes! Please feel free to take photos and videos throughout the day, including during the ceremony. Just stay seated and be mindful not to block the view of other guests or our photographer. We’ll share a link to a shared photo album after the wedding for everyone to upload and view pictures!
