JaMarhi and Jocelyn’s love story began at a church in Maricopa, Arizona when they were just teenagers. They were introduced through their families, over several visits to church and church events. We became friends early on but after four short months, JaMarhi built up the courage to ask Jocelyn to be his girlfriend at Skateland. Little did they know they would spend the next 11 years together. Since then they haven’t gone a single day without talking to each other!

On the night of Christmas Eve, Jocelyn heard JaMarhi wake up in the middle of the night, she of course being the nosy person she is, woke up to see that he grabbed something from the top drawer. Jocelyn ended up ruining his plans and he never ended up slipping that ring on her finger that night. The next morning, as they were cozied up in their Christmas pajamas, JaMarhi told Jocelyn she had one more gift. In front of her family and the beautiful Christmas tree behind her, he got down on one knee. Through tears, of course Jocelyn said yes!

JaMarhi and Jocelyn were just two kids in love when they first tied the knot in a courthouse. This wasn't their original idea but God had other plans. After sudden events, they decided to put a pause on the wedding to focus on family. In 2021, they finally decided to begin wedding planning again. They knew that they always wanted to celebrate their love with a wedding that included all of their close friends and family. Now here they are in 2022.. for Part II.
