What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the official ceremony begins at 4:30 pm so you can settle and find your seat before the proceedings.

Where is the Solarium?

Answer

The Solarium is located inside of The Ritz Carlton. After you enter through the lobby lounge, you will find stairs to the left of the lobby bar that will lead you up to the Solarium- where the ceremony and reception will both take place.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The attire is black tie optional. We would recommend a black suit/tux for the men’s attire, and midi/maxi dresses for the women. We can’t wait to get dressed up with you!

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes! We will have a complimentary valet service at the front lobby of the hotel.
