Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

All guests are also invited to our welcome party on Friday, October 25th. We also will provide breakfast bagels in the Beaufort Inn Zen Garden the morning after on Sunday, October 27th from 9-10:30am!

All the hotels booked up, anywhere else you'd recommend we stay?

Answer

There are many other options within walking distance to the Beaufort Inn. We'd recommend the following: City Loft Hotel, Anchorage 1770, Rhett House Inn or 607 Bay Inn. The Hilton Garden Inn is a quick drive away. There are also many AirBnBs in the area!

Do you recommend we rent a car?

Answer

Renting a car will be the easiest way to get to Beaufort from the airport if you don't arrange for a car service. Once you are in Beaufort, there are many shops and restaurants in the area that are in close walking distance. If you want to go to the beach, you'll need a car to get there as ride shares are limited, especially on the surrounding islands.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

As all of our recommended hotels are at our venue or within a 5 minute walk, no transportation will be required or provided! If you come in from out of town, there is parking available at the venue or on the street in the surrounding area.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We're excited to have you! Our intimate venue means a tight guest list due to space, celebrating only with those named on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding.

If you would generously like to contribute to our registry, we are registered through Zola (link above) and Crate and Barrel.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We LOVE all your kids, but also want you to be able to party (and relax!) with us! Unless your kids are included on your invitation, we kindly ask you arrange for childcare.

Where do I make my menu selection?

Answer

Not needed! We will have multiple food stations at our wedding with no pre-set plated dinner selection. We promise you won't leave hungry :)
