What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 3:30 pm. We kindly ask that guests arrive no later than 15 minutes prior to the start time so everyone can be seated in time.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

The ceremony will be outside(weather permitting) and the reception will be inside the barn.

We have made hotel room blocks available with discounted pricing at the Holiday Inn Express-Porters Neck Wilmington *Please see the travel page for the info! Guests are also welcome to find your own hotel/Airbnb if preferred.(please note, the shuttle services will only be happening between the blocked hotel and the venue.)

Can my children come?

Answer

We love your little ones, but we've chosen to have a mostly adult-only celebration. With the exception of our own children and a small number of older children from our immediate family and close circle, we kindly ask that guests make arrangements for childcare.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Absolutely! Guests are welcome to bring a plus one, we want everyone to feel comfortable and enjoy the celebration. Please be sure to include your guest when submitting your RSVP

What kind of food will be served?

Answer

Catering is by Mission BBQ Cocktail hour will consist of: Smoked deviled eggs, smoked sausage starters, and shrimp cocktail Dinner will consist of meat options of pulled pork or chopped brisket and sides such as mac & cheese, baked beans, green beans, cornbread and sliders. A variety of sauces will be available as well.

There will be an open bar with beer, wine, and seltzers only.

How do I RSVP and when is the deadline

Answer

Guests may RSVP by either returning the filled out RSVP card included in the invitation or through our wedding website here, on the RSVP tab! As this is a destination wedding, we kindly ask that all RSVPs be submitted by Friday, May 15th, 2026. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate responses received after this date.

Do you have a registry?

Answer

We are not registered for gifts, as we have already been building our life together. Your presence on our wedding day is truly all we ask for. However, for those who wish to give, we have created a new home fund to help us with this next chapter for our family. Contributions can be made through the registry tab on our website here, and a card box will also be available at the wedding.

Can I take pictures/videos?

Answer

Absolutely! We'd love for you to capture and share moments from the day. During the ceremony, we kindly ask that all photos and videos be taken from your seat and that the aisle remain clear so our photographer and content creator can do their job.
