Due to space constraints, we can only accommodate named guests on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Attire: Cocktail/Semi-formal It's a balance between elegant and comfortable. Instead of a floor-length dresses, women should opt for a tea-length, knee-length, or midi look. As for men, opt for a suit and tie, or traditional business casual, or dress shirt and slacks, with the option to wear a tie. In the end have some fun with it, this is one of your nights to get out of the house, maybe without the kids to wear something classy, different, and fun, to party in.

Can we give cash gifts?

Yes, cash gifts are welcome. Details on how to do so are provided on our registry page. There will also be a card box where you can drop them there the day of the wedding as well.

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

Please arrive 15 to 30 minutes before the ceremony time for parking and a short walk over to your seats.

What should I know about the venue?

Answer

We are getting married at my cousins property, beautifully tucked down a dirt road in the woods! Ceremony and reception will take place on grass, so ladies I would recommend no skinny heels, opt for flats or thick block heels.

Indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Ceremony and reception will all take place outdoors. For the reception we do have a wall closed tent to hold in warmth if need be. Just keep in mind it's fall in Michigan, so be keeping an eye on the weather leading up to the day. If weather doesn't pan out then we will move under the tent for the ceremony. We'll make the most of it!
