What time should guests arrive? We kindly ask guests to arrive about 15–20 minutes before the ceremony so you can find your seat and settle in before we begin. What’s the dress code? Our celebration is Black Tie Optional. Whether you choose a tuxedo, a formal gown, a dark suit, or a lovely cocktail dress, we simply hope you feel comfortable and festive. Where should we stay? We highly encourage staying at Geneva on the Lake with the bride and groom – it keeps things easy, fun, and blissfully ride free. Everything you need for the weekend is already there so you can fully relax and enjoy and never worry about coordinating transportation. Are kids invited? We adore your little ones, but we’ve chosen to make this an adults‑only celebration. We hope it gives you a chance to relax and enjoy the evening. Can I bring a plus‑one? Your invitation will indicate whether a plus‑one is included. Thank you for understanding as we keep our guest list meaningful and intimate. Will transportation be provided? Transportation will not be provided. Guests are welcome to drive or use a rideshare service. There is plenty of parking at the venue. Is the wedding indoors or outdoors? Our celebration will be held outdoors. We recommend bringing a light layer in case the evening gets cool. Where are you registered? Your love and support mean so much to us. Instead of a traditional registry, we’ve created a honeymoon fund for anyone who wishes to contribute. Your presence truly is the greatest gift. Is there parking available? Yes — there is plenty of on‑site parking available for all guests. Are we doing an open bar? Absolutely. Hydration is important, so is celebration! What if I still have questions? Please reach out to David, Alex or Carley Smith. We’re here to help with anything you need!
