Are kids allowed at the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Although we adore your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone’s child at our wedding ceremony and cocktail reception. This will be an adults-only event, with the exception of any children, apart of the bridal party. Since this is a cruise-destination wedding, we truly encourage families to consider these options to turn the trip into a vacation! Royal Caribbean offers their HIGHLY rated Adventure Ocean, a complimentary, fully supervised kids’ camp included with your cruise fare. It features age-based groups ages 3-11 years old, fun activities, crafts, themed play areas, and caring staff. This gives parents the chance to relax and enjoy adult time while the kids have a blast. Royals Baby & Tots Nursery is dedicated for little ones ages 6 months to 36 months. It’s a fully staffed, supervised childcare center where trained caregivers handle playtime, naps, bottles, and diapering while parents enjoy adult time. The nursery has a soft-play area with age-appropriate toys plus a quiet room with cribs for naps. There is an hourly fee and reservations are required because space is limited, but it’s a safe, fun, and convenient option for parents who want to relax, explore the ship, attend the wedding, or enjoy a night out. What is the wedding attire?

Answer

Tropical Cocktail Attire Cocktail attire with an elevated island touch. Light, comfortable, and elegant attire suitable for a beach setting.

Will there be alcohol at the Wedding?

Answer

Yes, we will have an open bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary mocktails and cocktails throughout the evening.

Can I bring people with me on the cruise or to Bermuda but not to wedding?

Answer

Yes! Make this a trip for you too! :) only people invited to wedding can come to wedding (limited space) but as for the cruise/Bermuda bring whoever! Be sure to book in advance to be appropriately accomodated.

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 6pm. Please arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony to get settled. Enjoy the beautiful scenery! There will be shuttle buses to transport you there and back :)

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Bermuda in June is typically warm and tropical. 70s-Mid 80s with humidity. There could be a chance of brief showers followed by sunshine. Pack and dress accordingly! Ceremony will be outdoors.

What is a cruise like?

Answer

Just the best thing ever!!! Filled with endless fun and opportunities for relaxation. For first-time cruisers, the initial boarding can feel overwhelming, but quickly settles into a comfortable rhythm. Have an open mind and remember your on vacation!!! Complimentary dining, water, juices and coffee are included in your cruise fare. Specialty drink packages and Specialty restaurants are an additional fee or you are more than welcome to pay as you go with your room key. Your room key will be linked your credit/debit card of your choice for any purchases associated with the cruise. We highly recommend immersing yourself in the ship's endless diverse entertainment and activities. Each day, you'll be delivered a detailed itinerary of what’s happening on the ship to your stateroom and through the Royal Caribbean App - which we reccomend downloading. TAKE IN ALL THE MAGNIFICENT SUNSETS YOU WILL SEE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE OCEAN!! It truly is unreal. An added bonus? A vibrant casino awaits :) Want to escape kids on board? There is an adults only section on the ship, be sure to check it out! Want some mom and dad time if bringing the kids? Royal Caribbean offers an awesome and top rated camp program for the kids included with your vacation! So your kids can have fun while you do too!!! This will be an unforgettable vacation!

Do you pay with cash while on the cruise ship?

No! - by the time you board the ship everything will be already be paid for :) The only thing you will need cash for is anything you want while you are at your port and off the ship or the casino. Your room key will be linked to a debit/credit card of your choice for anything you wish to charge while on the cruise ship.

What should I pack for a cruise?

Answer

If you are worried about seasickness, highly recommended packing the motion sickness patches, wristbands and/or Dramamine. For the most part it’s smooth sailing, the boat is so big you barely feel it moving. Sunscreen!! Less clothes than you think you will need lol!! There will be one formal night on the ship - that is optional - you do NOT have to dress up. Wedding Attire!! Hand sanitizer!! Any medicine you may need

What is included in my cruise fare?

Answer

Your cruise fare includes your stateroom, all meals in the main dining rooms and buffet, daily housekeeping, and access to onboard activities and entertainment like shows, pools, sports, and fitness centers. Kids can enjoy the included supervised Adventure Ocean program, and all guests can participate in family-friendly activities throughout the ship. Beverages like water, coffee, tea, and juice in the dining areas are included, while specialty dining, alcoholic drinks, shore excursions, spa services, and Wi-Fi are extra.

Will I need a passport?

Answer

Yes, you will need a valid passport for international travel. Birth certificate will work too but the process can be a little bit longer and more complicated.

What time do we get to the cruise port day of boarding?

When you check in online about a month prior to the cruise, you will pick a time slot to arrive at the cruise port and start your boarding process.

Will my phone work on the ship?

Cellular service and Wi-Fi are available onboard for purchase. We recommend airplane mode while at sea to avoid roaming charges. Or just disconnect from the world :)

I’m scared I’ll get sea sick on the cruise

That’s ok! Thats normal to fear that! The ship is honestly so big you never feel it rocking! Will my cell service work in Bermuda?

Answer

Yes! But if you don’t have international travel you will get charged and that can get very expensive. SO MAKE SURE YOUR COVERED SO YOU DONT GET ROAMING CHARGES!!! Either keep your phone on airplane mode or in your safe in the room and escape the world ;) or check with your phone service and ask for a temporary cruise or international package!
